Request terms
Start with a request.
Submitting details asks ROB to review availability. It does not reserve bins, confirm a rental or confirm a rental agreement.
Discount codes
Valid apartment-building, school and realtor codes give 10% off bin rental only. Use one code per rental. Delivery and pickup are included in the package price. Include your code with your request; we confirm eligibility and show the discount in your quote.
Before a rental is confirmed
ROB must confirm the package, available inventory, delivery and pickup coverage, dates, access requirements, total price and applicable rental terms. ROB transports the bins; you or your movers pack and transport your belongings.
The package price is the total price for the 14-day rental — there are no separate delivery or pickup fees. This site does not collect payment or issue automatic booking confirmations. Extension charges, cancellation rules, loss or damage responsibility will be provided before you commit.
