How we use your details

Requests and contact records are stored in ROB’s dedicated HighLevel account. We use them to check coverage, prepare a quote, coordinate a requested service, and respond to you. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize a payment. Please do not include card details, door codes, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits. We exclude form entries and URL query strings and disable advertising personalization. You can decline analytics and still use the site and request form.

To change your analytics choice, clear this site’s stored data in your browser. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent, use the ROB help form and identify your request. Hosting and form providers may keep technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.
